Leaking injector or tube?

I have a light coating of diesel on my tailgate and I think that I have a leaking injector tube vs a leaking injector (because I have no loss of power) Can someone tell me where this tube is?

What? How do you get from tailgate to injector tube?

Oily tailgate could be from the exhaust. Does your exhaust smell of unburied diesel or have white smoke?

No. I can see drippings below the engine on the passenger side of the engine..

Inspect your fuel filter. It's on the passenger side

I had to replace the filter head. I had this issue before I replaced it.

Are you running a lift pump?

I had this happen after I didn't tighten an injector line enough. Couldn't see it leaking when revved up in park but it would show up going down the road with higher rail pressure and coat the truck in diesel.

follow the leak up the engine. if its dry, it aint leaking. if its wet, go up till you find where wet and dry meet.

if you are leaking that much fuel that its getting on the tailgate, thats a major leak and should be easy to find while running.

No lift pump on this truck
