Pavement burnout on the rare occasion they both light

When I slid into a mud pit last year hunting the locker was intermittent but only one side of the truck fell in.

I still feel as if the locker is okay though, I lit them up on smooth wet cement in front of my shop to see if the locker engaged in the easiest of scenarios and it did

Did you ever caghange the oil on the diffs before? The front one looks like the original sludge from the factory. The rear one looks fine as far as wear chucks.

If your not towing much I don't really see the point of changing the diffs in under 100k. Not to say yours wasn't due for a change.

I wouldn't worry about the UOA and would wast my $$$ doing another. Does your G80 work or are you a 1 tire frier? If your g80 takes a crap replace it. Most of the time when they fail it isn't catastrophic.

I don't think I ever changed the front because I only use 4x4 as a last resort when I was on trails or in snow.
I don't tow often tbh
