Well I have been hoping that my sticking valves would be a thing of the past but with a new selenoid and vane position sensor I am still getting codes. Looks like it's a new turbo in my 2011. I have done headgaskets on my LB7 myself so I should be able to tackle the turbo. Only issue is that it seems the transmission needs to come out according to the manual and some say it's way easier with the cab off. Those are two things I wouldn't be able to do since I do not own a lift. Looks like some have done it although I haven't really been able to find a good online guide except for a few tips and tricks. My truck is bone stock and I have no plans on modifying anything. Can it be done without dropping the trans? I would appreciate the help. If anyone knows of a good write up it would be greatly appreciated.
