06 lly gas pedal not responding correct

I installed a new lly in my topkick c-4500 and it starts and idles perfectly but when i press the gas pedal it doesnt read that it is being pressed until halfway down. The highest output readin i get is 40% when floored. When the truck is off i cant get the sensor output reading to goto a 100% and jus replaced the gas pedal today. Any suggestions? Please and thank you

You may need to do a throttle calibration. Tech2, and I think EfiLive can do it
