Ive worked on alot of them and they can run good with just a couple mods. My buddies 03 runs LOW 13s with full exhaust, 3K stall, tune and a small cam. Not all SSSs are awd, in 05 they started making them in 2wd, in 04 and 05 you could get a VHO which was basically an SSS without all the body cladding and 2wd then they ditched it when they started making the 2wd SSSs. With just a tune most awd SSSs will run 14.6-7, a 2wd will run mid 14s, with exhaust, intake, stickies and a tune they will hit high 13s, add on a stall and cam and drop another second.
