    yeah my truck is smoking a lot at idle. white smoke. i fear that i need new injectors. come to find out they were never changed before the 7 year 200k mile warranty from gm ran out. the time limit screwed me cuz i only have 128k on the truck.

    i was actually thinking of that dealer. i know where they are off exit 25. i would actually prefer a fellow diesel enthusiast doing side work or a dedicated diesel shop though. it'd be nice to meet some new diesel guys. none of my buddies have diesels. shoot me a pm about this tech your talking...

    '01 with an Edge engine control module,exhaust and intake. just the basics. hey if anyone likes my polished aluminum Ion wheels id consider trading for the right black wheels!

    well i finished up my truck on sunday and all is well. thanks to everone that offered me help on here. its greatly appreciated. and usdieselparts.com has some good guys over there and the best price i could find for my pump at $675 shipped. here she is-

    Just got the pump in the mail and bolted it in today. Now I gota put the rest of the puzzle back together over the next few days. I cant wait to get this thing back on the road and stop driving my girls purple jeep! Hey did the baby arrive yet?

    I'm assuming its a re-man but it's the bosch. Free shipping too I believe. Just gota send my pump for the core. All the new ones seem to be re-mans from what i see.
