    I've been riding to work all this week and already looking at road bikes. I never realized how much it sucks to ride into a head wind. Hopefully a road bike will force me into a more aerodynamic position.

    I hear ya about stringent tech and not getting a lot of runs at test and tune. I have a regular drag car that I run in their E.T. Points bracket for the NHRA. I'm only a few places away from my old man in points. I dont want him getting too far away from me. lol :hug:

    So you haven't had anyone say anything about valve stems or battery disconnect? I bracket race a car at Route 66 and I'm just used to their strict tech ruling.

    Super diesel sounds like it would be fun but I'm not a fan of heads up racing. I was born into ET racing. Do you think they'll give me a hard time if I don't have a battery disconnect switch? And it looks like if I run faster than a 12 I'll need metal valve stems. I wonder how hard they will be...

    Route 66 has a test and tune this Saturday and a bracket race on Sunday. You can't find a better prepped track in the region.

    caltracs vs traction bars

    It sounds like my next move on the truck is going to have to be caltracs and slicks. are you guys running slicks on the pyo's or just a steelie?
