    Good compression - Bad balance rate

    I have a cylinder in my truck I am trying to diagnose. Cylinder #5 a balance rate of +4.5. I ran a compression test and it tests 340# cold, 380# hot. Swapped out for two different injectors and the numbers are consistent. Any ideas on this?

    Fuel injector knock

    Hey, My engine has what appears to be a fuel injector knock. Balance rate on #5 is +1.25. Cylinder 5 compression is 380 (tested hot). Engine is low on power and downshifting a lot when driving.
