LB7 HELP? Lots of smoke & Loud knocking and No power?

Do a compression check. Had a broken glow plug and same symptoms in my 02 and it turned out to be a hole in the piston. I hope your luck is better than mine was.

LB7: A/C not engaging but will with efilive

Thank you. I just figured it out! The ambient temp sensor was bad. Swapped it with one from another truck and the compressor kicked on. Thanks for the help everyone!!

LB7: A/C not engaging but will with efilive

Latest update... I went back to the stock tune with no change. Then I tried the controller out of a different truck, no change. Now I scan the DTCs with V2 and I get HVAC ?DSW B0159 with no description and DSW U1000 Class 2 Data Link.

It's not the new tune. I flashed the old one back in and have the same problem.

LB7: A/C not engaging but will with efilive

Yes, correct. Would the high side pressure sensor keep it from engaging?

LB7: A/C not engaging but will with efilive

It has not been opened since I got it 6 months ago. What should the pressures be? I can start tracking down a leak.

LB7: A/C not engaging but will with efilive

Like the title says my A/C will run great for a couple min. Then the compressor will disengage. It won't even engage if I stick a paper clip in the pressure sensor. But when I hook it up to efilive and manually control the ac relay it works fine. Would this be a faulty relay?

    LB7: Turbo oil drain

The turbo oil drain started leaking at the turbo. Any tricks on how to change it? Or do I need to remove the turbo? Any help is appreciated.

LLY: New heads now strange noise

It's an LB7. This post is a prime example of why I shouldn't drive and text. Thanks for the input, I talked to Larry at Danville and he thinks a rocker arm jumped off a pushrod, so I am going to pull a valve cover. Guess I will re torque the injectors while I'm in there too.
