which LLY upgrades would benefit me?
Replace the head gasket's with grade C And I would also recommend using ARP Head studs delete the EGR put a lbz mouth piece on the turbo If you do this then its less likely to have future head gasket problems.:thumb:- 03greendmax

LB7 to lly Just pick this 2003 Chevy lb7 truck up had no engine nor transmission paid $1000 for it found a 2005 lly engine and transmission just got her back on the road!! Love it!! Fist time owning a Chevy Duramax.:thumb:- 03greendmax
