Well it has a new tcm and still no fix. It use to say "shift inhibited" and wuldnt go into any gear then after i got it back from the dealer it didnt do that anymore. It still gets stuck in gear when the codes pop up. I have been running it in the stock setting and all i wuld have to do was...

i sure appreciate all the info y'all are giving. it really means a lot. I'm located in Prattville,AL and if theres a shop within a couple of hours ill sure take it by there. i thought it was the tcm but i got another tcm and put on it and it didn't fix it, it actually threw more codes out. it...

it went from shifting hard and getting stuck in a high gear, to displaying "shift inhibited" and not going into any gear. when it displays shift inhibited no codes come up until it throws a different code for sumthing else. when this happens i can put it in reverse and back up but then have to...

ok mike it has a new tcm on it and still messed up. now its throwing more codes. one is a transmission pressure control solenoid. there is a few more but the tech didn't tell me what they were. i think one had to do with 2nd gear in the tranny. none of this started until i put the efi live on...

Im not worried about warranty or anything i just want to get it where they can program a new tcm. If i can get it to where they can program it then i think it will fix my problem. Surely theres some kind of way to put a new tcm on my truck right?

My truck is throwing a TCM P0708 code along with an ECM code but i cant remember the ECM numbers and i keep clearing them with my EFI Autocal but they come right back and my truck gets stuck in wichever gear its in when the codes pop up. The gear indicator light on the dash thats under the PRND...
