Need a little help
I'd start with checking battery cable connection. Then have an auto parts shop check the starter if that's not the problem. They'll usually check it for free.- tirwin

The reman starters are usually well built and tested, If you're tight on cash at the moment (which most of us are after Christmas) then I would personally go for it and hope for the best. I guess it's all up to how comfortable you feel. Just see if the parts store will test the reman in front of... -

If battery cable pull did nothing, then sadly, yes, I'd pull the starter next. Good luck! -

Try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes, then reconnect. if it is something simple with the ECM, it might clear the problem up. Keep us updated! -

LMM: Heart Attack Code P0777
The previous owner was an 84/yo man who put 8k miles per year on the truck, the dealer installed the lift before I bought it. I got a wild hare and decided to run a carfax on the truck, The original purchase date for the truck was Feb, 2010 so it turns out it's still under warranty for another...- tirwin
