    It's a zf6 truck so no tcm, but I did find that I'm missing ign 1 voltage circuit 1039 at the ecm

    No communication with trans or engine but scanner will read abs, air bag, body control, etc but they all have a u1000 code. The fuel gauge reads zero, the glow plugs won't come???

    Fuses all good, relays too, didn't check clutch switch yet cause that wouldn't cause no communication with scanner, trying to figure that out first I guess

    Stock 05 Lly with zf6 trans, won't crank over, all lights and gauges come up but when you go to start it won't crank over, all fuses are good, there is power at the obd port but there is no communication with ecm???

    Gonna be putting a fass 150 in a lmm this weekend and looking for some input on the 1/4 tank issue, I tried over on DF but there was no help there cause I wasn't asking about -400 offset on my 22×11de7 rims! I hate that forum! Anyway does drilling holes in the fuel basket help the 1/4 tank issue...

    I left the cups they were fine, the more I looked at stuff and thought about it I'm pretty sure the problem was moisture from sitting in a gravel floor building for 3 months

    Found the oil pressure gauge issue, it was a pinched wire behind the power steering pump bracket, got the truck out and running and have no signs of coolant going in the oil yet

    Pressure tested for 24 hrs now and it hasn't dropped a bit, I'm just gonna put it back together and run it, see what happens if it pushes coolant again then I know it's most likely the heads

    No actually the water pump didn't have any play in it, I kinda figured the water pump wouldn't leak under pressure cause it wasn't moving but since I replaced it I ruled that out, and if it was the cooler it should be coming out the oil filter housing, and if was a head or head gasket it should...

    I finally got time to work on the truck, I installed a new water pump, hooked up the whole cooling system, put new coolant in and bled it, pressure tested it at 15 psi for awhile and I got nothing coming out of the oil filter housing and nothing out of the oil pan, pressure is holding.     Took a good look at the water pump tonight and the weep holes were clear, so guessing that wasn't it ????

    Yeah that's what I was thinking, I should probably just take the t stats out too to make sure I get pressure through the whole system when I pressure test it

    I'm thinking I'm gonna put the new water pump in, hook up the cooling system and pressure test it, that way I'll be able to see in the cylinders and leave the oil filter and plug out and see if I'm getting any coolant in the crank case or out the filter housing

    Well I just pulled injectors and no cups came out with it, I pulled the water pump and the weep holes look to be clear and there wasn't any signs that I could see that it was leaking in the front cover, I measured out the oil I drained out and it was only 10 quarts so it's a small leak whatever...
