CTS2 boost level incorrect with add on boost sensor

Yes the sensor is 0-100 but when you pick options it gives you 0-50 and 0-500 I am guessing I have to add in atmospheric but I don't know how to scale it. Sent from my SM-S820L using Tapatalk

CTS2 boost level incorrect with add on boost sensor

Installed a CTS2 with the add on boost sensor on a LB7. The sensor reads about half of what the computer boost sensor reads. Am I missing something with the setup in mystyle? I selected "PSI gauge 0-50" any help would be appreciated. Sent from my SM-S820L using Tapatalk

    Pinion brakes?

Yeah we switched to dodge style yolk when we had the heavy wall driveline made. It's actually still a little short so thinking that a half inch plate in there would serve two purposes. Will post up pics when we get it back in the shop. Sent from my LGL31L using Tapatalk

    Pinion brakes?

We are looking at putting a pinion brake on our 2.6 truck, hopefully move some weight forward and have better holding when trying to light. Does anyone offer a kit for this? Been doing a lot of looking but can't seem to find anything specific to the 11.5. We already have the dodge style flange...

2nd or 3rd gear start in 4 low?

I am doing my first pull this weekend and I am wondering what I should do with my transmission tune? My truck is an LB7, factory gearing with 285's. Im around the 500-550 hp range. Thanks

    LB7 Owners

In my opinion, I prefer the LB7's. They seem to have a better low end and better mileage too. Just depends on what you're going to do with it.

    Allison 5sp: Goodwrench (Dumb Question)

They are the same as a stock transmission.

    First gen blazer swap

If you mount it on the output side of the transfer case you can have issues when using four low. It changes the ratio, and if the computer doesn't know it it can cause a limp mode.

    First gen blazer swap

Yes. Only issue that I see is if you change it to 4x4, you might run into some issues with the output speed sensor. But if you are going to run your 205 transfer case you can change your input to match.

The van transmission will not be an Allison.

LBZ: Can you change reluctor wheel count with EFI?

I had a no start. Counted the teeth in the truck.

LBZ: Can you change reluctor wheel count with EFI?

That is not what I was hoping to hear. Bitten by the machine shop again. I honesty don't know how hard is it to keep an engine's parts all together. Well I better get to work.

LBZ: Can you change reluctor wheel count with EFI?

So the short story is I just got done putting in a rebuild LBZ and it somehow got an early reluctor wheel put on it. Guess I didn't even think to look at it when I had it in my hand. So will someone please tell me I can just reflash this.

    Broken LB7 Transfer Case

Depends on if you need a diesel or not. I would look at the nada book values of both trucks. The 6.0 is going to be cheaper maintain.
