LBZ: New time on stock trans!

I ran 12.9's with a 09 LMM CC/SB with a stock trans & a trans go jr. shift kit. 26,000 miles and 30+ dragstrip passes and it never limped:confused: ***results may vary***

    Top 25 Stock Duramax's

No one has spent some coin on lightweight racing wheels either;) The PYO's are light @ 16lbs each but you can only go up to a 9" wide tire. You guys running 30" x 14" slicks need a wider rim. At $365 each and only 11lbs these would cut some rolling weight off in a big way...

    Top 25 Stock Duramax's

Its nice to see people keeping others in check. :thumb: What fun is being competitive is someone else is "cheating" or hiding something to put them ahead of the pack? Makes me want to buy a truck again just to compete for top spot on this list!

LBZ: log of 600,000 mile LBZ throwing 0087s

I bet the FPRV is leaking pressure. I had a shim kit go bad once. Replaced with a "race" valve and no more problems. I would never shim a stock cp3 truck again!

Allison 5sp: 13.26@100 mph stock trans

I went 12.9 with a transgo-jr and drag radials. No major weight reduction either.

    BR Powersource in Canada?

Anyone heard of or dealt with him? I have a colleague who is thinking of taking his truck there for custom tuning. I am skeptical from what I have seen on the website. www.brpowersource.com

    Spring Removal

Chris, I am back to stock setup now. My LMM had the overload removed only. My 04.5 I took out two of the 4 springs and kept the overload. I think the setup on my old truck was better than what I did on the LMM. I do know that eaither setup doesnt allow much or any "slack" with caltracs...
