06 lbz loosing coolant
You could have a seal/o-ring/etc that has been damaged to some degree where it is ok at ambient temps but not ok at 170 degrees. Just a guess. -

Agreed on a smaller scale fix if your lines are in good shape. My brake lines were in bad shape and didn't want to pull everything off to do the fuel lines in the future. -

I got mine (in stainless) from Fine Lines Inc. $345 on ebay for 2wd 2006 3500 dually. You just need basic tools and a quick disconnect tool (the NAPA ones work, not all of them do). It is a messy job and isn't particularly quick, but with stainless you will never need to do it again. -

There is a hard-to-flexible fuel line junction near the ABS module - You can either get quick-disconnect to AN hose adapters or put in replacement hardlines (which I did, they also include the flexi lines). It is not particular difficult or expensive to swap out the OEM lines for good braided... -

I have an ADII-100. Works well, no complaints. I ditched their filters - the water separator filter is junk, the other one is nothing special. Need help problems after cp3 install
I had an odd issue with the oil pressure gauge not working after a CP3 & injector & water pump swap - there was continuity in the wires etc. Turned out to be a bent pin in one of the big connectors. They are not exactly the best design (long, unsupported pin). Take a look inside the connector... -

I have an '07 LBZ dually. Issue is that it will only start with a jumper pack. I replaced one battery 6 mos ago and replaced the other today. The battery (or possibly batteries) would not hold a charge - I would need to jump them if the track sat for 20mins or more, even after a 1 hour drive... -

Thanks, and sounds like a good idea. Was there anything else that you did that might be helpful? I was thinking of adding a cooler a while ago but didn't have an EFI Live at the time (to see fuel temps) and I was thinking that if I could fix the FPRV issue then the fuel temps would be helped... -

Thanks all. It was (and still is) my fear that the plug/rail seating surface is damaged. In fact, when I swapped out the shimmed FPRV, the FPRV was in less than ideal shape (the dark finish on the sealing surface was missing in a spot or two, so it seems the seal was not perfect). Here is an... -
