Midwest Members: interested in EFI-Live school?

Well it's been over a year since this idea was put out there, but I am chimming in to see if any of use can really get this done. I am definetly wanting to go to one of these classes for diesel tuning. I think if someone who is a tune builder, i.e. Rob Coddens or Brayden Fleece, would show us...

    EFILive EFI Live Class

Any idea on dates and locations yet? I would drive to So Cal if I have to just to get to attend an EFI class. Dates, location, and cost would be greatly appreciated to whom ever is in charge of the class. Thanks

    Hey you guys running stacks!

The rest of my write up didn't show. Probably erased while inserting pics. Anyway, the height you set them above the cab will help a little. With the windows down they are loud, even 6" stacks. With the windows up though I think they are nice sounding, i.e. you can hold a conversation with the...

    7.3/6.0? calling me out

If it is a 7.3 with :hehe:gas, then it has got to be built. Cause rods in a 2000 7.3 or newer are junk and may not hold up to the gas and a hot tune. A 6.0 with injectors and a good tune with gas may run good, but I don't think you should have a problem with him. Just remember to rub his nose in...

I hope someone is staying on top of this. I am about to get my EFI and I really want to know how to completely operate it and make my own tunes that won't blow up my dmax.

    Might get rid of truck

Just seen this thread,, I can't say I blame ya Steve for considering it if the deal and the truck is what you want. Why I myself have found my way into a Chevrolet dealership or 2 just curious to see what kind of deal I may be able to get on a new one.

I have heard that Rob Coddens is a very good tuner, a.k.a Idaho Rob on DP. One thing I've heard is that a dmax has never been blowin apart on one of his tunes. Just a name I have heard of with efi. Hopefully other guys will voice in with a recomendation.

I would be interested as well. I am committed to Ts performance in May and Schieds in August, but I would try to make any other weekend work. One thing though, I would not attend if the class wasn't for the diesel tuners. I have no need to tune a gasser. Kansas City, Ks. or Des Moines, Ia.

    Any Bowhunters here??

Just my opinion, but if he plans on doing a stalk instead of a blind or stand then I would suggest a traditional bow. I have both a custom made Hoyt compound and a special made Bob Lee long bow. I only use the compound when I am in a blind or tree stand. With the long bow I use my index finger...
