Hmmm I've done a compression test, came out fine and nothing came out of the glow plug holes. I've swapped injectors and still no change. Anyone have any wiring schematics for the fuel injection system? -

Heres an update So here's an update on the situation, I've replace the cam sensor and the wires going to the cam sensor. No change in the balance rates. This engine I put in had previously been pulled due to "Bad Head gaskets", I pulled the #2 injector which was stuck wide open and nothing... -

I made sure to clean all lines so there was no chance of debris getting into the injectors, I used my old motors harness (because I knew it was good). I'll definitely have to inspect the cam/crank sensors later this evening. Thanks for the reply. Will update later tonight. -

That's what I had brewing in the back of my mind, I tries switching FICMS and there was no change, now could something so little such as a misplaced ground cause a problem of this nature? and if so I should be able to see the problem at the connector running to the valve cover correct? -

Not many. The truck shut off on my way to work. Ran rough as hell at idle, threw a code for the cam sensor. Replaced the cam sensor, it idled great but loped and smoked it's balls off under load. Then I decided to pull the motor.
