    the reason i asked is because I have pulled in 4hi 1st and in certain situations it seems to work better then 3rd 4low like when the sled is set light.

    Well i finally got my truck going after it has been sitting since november with a custom 2 piece crankshaft but anyways i gave it a cleaning and noticed a few spots on the rockers that are going to need some love. I have been thinking about ripping off all the chrome and blacking the truck out...

    That was my plan. But I tried taking the top sensor out and broke it. I am tryiing to figure out if I can put the one from the lbz into the lb7 cover? Or are the sensors different.

    Are both sensors in the lb7 timing cover the same as the lbz?:confused:

    roflmao: I was pulling on it for all I had then I let loose for a second and it came off and I landed right on my rear end.

    Yes I removed the oil pump gear I will try to wiggle it off

    I am putting a lbz short block in my lb7 and I am trying to swap the relutor wheels but can't seem to get it off. Do I need a puller for this or how do you guys normally get them off.

    If I take the converter off and look into it while I tip it around I can see the splined part were it would go on the shaft move back and forth

    I pulled my motor earlier this week and when i was under the truck i noticed the bellhousing was cracked so I pulled the trans today and when i got it out i was just looking at the converter and when it is mounted in the trans it has play like i can move it up and down is that normal? :confused...
