    P0299 after new turbo install

I am seeing about 4-5psi cruising (65mph), and about 25-28psi WOT. I have a crappy glow shift gauge set, and use the torque pro app. Both are fairly consistent.

Can you identify this electrical connector?

So I installed a new turbo (2006 lbz) and am almost complete, but I have an electrical connector that I am having trouble finding the other end of. It is located closer to the drivers side, near the a/c compressor, it has 2 wires. Any help would be appreciated!
