    I run a clean tune with no smoke and do not live in an area that has smog checks. I guess I am lucky. It was common thing 10 years ago.

    Can't you just install a DPF delete? I have one and I believe the tuner disabled the regen function when they deleted the DPF.

    Does it prime? does the button get hard to press and you get fuel through he bleeder. I have had to replace my fuel filter housing twice in 15 years.

    Well I know my batteries are good. It did the click thing when I was getting ready to go out of town yesterday. Glad I was in my driveway instead of a truck stop on the interstate. I can't complain, it's the second time I had to replace them in 15 years.

    I have a '08 K2500 Sierra HD with crew cab and 6.5 foot bed. Can I tow a fifth wheel camper? I know hat if you tow for FEMA you have t have a 8 foot bed, can I tow a fifth wheel with a 6-1/2 foot bed?

    I have 300k on my '08. I don't beat the truck hard but have a dp5 tune and noticed my mileage is dropping. Can anyone recommend a good parts source for the intercooler boots. I have not done a press test but a15 years of life they may need replacement.

    Thanks for the write up. I just passed 300K and noticed my mileage is dropping. I just watched a YT video nohow to check for boost leaks, I'm just going to replace the boots on the cross-over pipes as they are 15 years old.

    LOL, that is almost too funny. 😄😄😄 I feel your pain and will be following this thread because the mileage on LMM has dropped, but never as low as yours. I still got 10 mpg pulling a loaded 7' all cargo trailer at 80 mph las weekend. 6 mpg would suck terribly bad.

    Yeah, I did the brake thing when that pesky white tail ran out in front of me last year. Stomped the brake hard enough to lock the ABS and blow a brake line. It got new a new master cylinder and brake lines after that incident. Also replaced all of the fuel lines and e-brake cables. I bough...
