    1968 Camaro Build W/ Duramax

I used the Duramax throttle pedal. I haven’t seen the lokar pedal yet. I just made a bracket for the duramax pedal to bolt to and welded it to the firewall/toe board.

    1968 Camaro Build W/ Duramax

Runs great. Haven’t had a single problem with it in the 6 or so years it’s been running. Been contemplating lately about making it a dry sump... we’ll see. Also want to install a vintage air kit in it someday.

Good looking start to a project. Feel free to ask questions, I know quite a bit about a swap like this as well lol

    1967 RS Duramax Camaro

Just happened to come by this forum to search for something and saw your comment. The Camaro is doing great. I have made a couple changes to it, upgraded the turbo and remodified the lower oil pan to hold more oil, etc. I’m still working on it and driving it as much as possible. To be...

    72 C10 Longbed Duramax Swap!

Be careful with the '69 Camaro gas tank idea. Make sure there is a working baffle in the filler neck to only let fuel into the tank and not out. Any quick acceleration or jumping on the throttle from a dead stop might make fuel come out the filler neck.

    72 C10 Longbed Duramax Swap!

Yes they're the only pumps I'm running, and they're definitely enough for what you will be doing with your motor, and then some. Lots of guys out there making very respectable power with them. The best part is that they're compact and quiet. They're not self priming, so I had to slightly...

    72 C10 Longbed Duramax Swap!

I'm using twin Kennedy lift pumps in the Camaro and I really like them. They flow plenty of fuel and are virtually silent. You technically don't have to have a lift pump for the Duramax to run, but I would recommend having one. I think most guys that pull the tank out of the cab usually buy...

    1967 RS Duramax Camaro

Shot a quick video today. Taped my phone to the dash. Took it kinda easy since it wasn't up to operating temperature yet. Not an adrenaline fueled video but it's still a video. Have some more I will try to upload when I get home this evening. http://youtu.be/_T33Ddy1orU

Top 53 RWYB Street Legal List

Not sure why the pic shows up sideways, but it's 11.863 at 119mph in the Camaro with Hoosier pro street radials.

Mid to high 20's mostly city driving having a lot of full throttle runs with Ppe level 7 loaded so far. Haven't taken it on any kind of long distance trip to get a real mpg calculation. Rick's Chevelle has a taller rear end ratio than me so I would assume he is capable of more mpg than me.

Thanks for the input guys. I was leaning heavily towards a dsp2 with an autocal, 1 mileage tune and 1 haul ass tune.
