I'm running billet valve covers, each cover has a -12 fitting welded to the cover. Each hose goes to its own catch can. I did have to baffle the inside of the fittings to keep excessive oil from being thrown through the fittings off the rockers. I don't see any positive pressures.
You should be able to do the same thing I did with the oem valve covers, just put the fittings between the cylinders and check clearances between the fittings and the rockers.
