I installed the Zone 6" lift on my LMM, it has Cognito UCA's and the lift is lowered, so the CV's are perfectly flat. I didn't adjust the torsion bars at all, they should be about where they were stock, since I measured the bolts on both sides and put them back at the same length or pretty damn close to it. After I had it aligned the truck was pulling to the right quit a bit so I took it back to have it checked. The guy at the alignment shop told me they couldn't get the truck aligned completely straight, everytime they centered the steering wheel and did an adjustment it would be off again, either slighty left or right depending on the adjustment. Then he tried to tell me that it was because my front wheels stick out farther than my rear (come on really?), or something with the lift. Anybody else out there had this problem, or know how to fix it if there is fix. It's kind of annoying having to drive with the steering wheel slightly to the left to keep the truck straight.

You need another front end specialist. Maybe he depends in computers too much.

Find a new alignment guy. If he is doing his job correctly he should be checking for worn parts anyhow when he does the alignment. And if its pulling that bad then he is missing something. I know sometimes you can't get Caster within specifications on these lifted trucks but the more important specs are cross caster and cross camber. Those will show if there will be a pull. Did he give you a print off of the before and after specs?
