Do any companies offer y bridge flanges? Preferably aluminum, but steel will work as well. Or does anyone have a CAD file that I can take to a machine shop for them to make?

Also looking for the flanges that mount to the stock turbo compressor cover (V band flange) to possibly build myself an intake.
Now that I'm thinking of it, the turbine outlet is 3" correct? Or is it some special measurement like the compressor? Or are they the same
