A couple things come to mind: driver stupidity, poorly setup trans, or shit tuning. No particular order and could be a combo of those items.

It has nothing to with tuning ECM or TCm. A few years ago Defeo had run of planets and hubs that were sent off to be hardened and the company doing so didn’t actually harden. It’s a shitty situation them they’ve made good on them all and I’ve yet to issues out of the revisions.

Not sure why the post is removed it’s not an ongoing issue and if there’s any others still out there this thread will help them clarify their issue get it fixed and know why it happened.

On the Excalliber input shafts do you see a lot of slop compared to others? Mines holding up but doesn't fit as tight as the suncoast I ran in the past.

Which area of the input, the splines into the converter or into the drum? Mine seems to be a touch looser to the drum than the last few Suncoast I've used but haven't had a lick of issues.

Yes guys they are warrantying it. Like Evan said, Apparently there was a hardening issue on a batch and I was one of the lucky ones. I guess I better go buy a lottery ticket now :)
