Im hoping that someone can clear some stuff up for me my truck is blowing coolant out of the over flow and ive been trying and trying to keep air out of the cooling system but its keeps doing it ???
i was told by a dude that the only way that happens on our trucks is if the head bolts are stretching.
the truck will only do it at WOT at about 75 degrees or hotter outside or with the ac on. the truck is not over heating. any help would be nice thanks !

the oil in the coolant res means a HG. otherwise it would be an injector cup

I haven't seen any oil or Black in my coolant tank, but there is "brown" crap stuck to the side of the tank. I also haven't had the "hard" upper rad. hose or puking antifreeze. Just wondering where the "brown" is comin from or what to watch.

Mine was doing the same thing. I was losing coolant and overpressurizing the system. It was the driver side head gasket. It was leaking in two spots.
