WS6 Firehawk

Tried to run a Firebird firehawk last night on 93 south. I wasn't going to try but my brother started yelling at the guy to race us. He stepped on it and pulled around me before the turbo spooled(nat that it would have made a difference). The second he got in front of me he switched lanes and shot fire out the exhaust then purged nitrous out the fender vents. Not a kill story but I have a ton of respect for LS1 cars. Thing was a beassssttt

Hopefully with the 40% nozzles and EPR tuning I'll be able to give him a better run next time we cross paths

It takes a lot longer to spool your truck down the highway, I would venture to say you would get him on a dig depending on if/how much n2o he was running.

I was thinking the same thing. There were 4 people in my truck and the bed was loaded up with 800-1000lbs of stuff. 70mph roll was about the worst possible match up

one of my favorite cars is the WS6. They look so much nastyer than the cameros. ive been thinkin long and hard about sellin my motor and twins to pick up a 99-02 WS6 LS motored one.

I agree. I like the LS1 camaro ss's. Can't get over the z28 body styling. But I'd take a ws6 over the SS and just about any other car.
