I pulled all my pistons off the rods yesterday and 4 of the wrist pins would not come out by hand. I had to tap them out with a rubber mallet. I can't tell if the pins are junk or if it was just from the snap rings rotating around caused a Burr in the wrist pin bore?

I've reused them. When you get them out, run your finger nail on them. ANYTHING you feel is probably reason to discard. They are fairly hard, with a very fine finish. Should be uber smooth.

Oh, and if they don't slide easy back in, discard. While it's unlikely you can bend them, if they are, they won't slide freely. They need to very free when installed.

Probably nothing wrong with them. I've noticed that when removing wrist pins, sometimes they won't come out easy one way and they'll slide right out the other direction. Like Pat said, inspect them, if you can feel it, toss it.
