Wrecked Dmax last night

Yep, let's just say don't text and drive guys...it's not worth it. My truck isn't too bad off though, went parasailing in a ditch,,,no body damage just front end is a little messed up and bed shifted from the compressor I had loaded to leave for Dallas today with.. Not the best day of my life but other than pulling a muscle around my back I'm fine.. Very glad a innocent family didn't get hit by my stupidity of texting and driving. This has been a wake up call for me and I hope you guys take caution on this subject as well.. On a positive note, if I decide to claim it on insurance (no cops or anything involved) the truck will be getting a little makeover and 4wd. everyone have a safe weekend!

Sorry to hear... You won't hear me judging you, I sometimes text and drive and your right, it's not worth it, but it takes place. Thanks for sharing your wake up call. Might prevent someone else from getting into an accident. Hope it all works out for you and your truck :thumb:

Glad no one was seriously hurt man. Its crazy as I'm sure a lot of us are guilty of texting and driving, and its amazing how little attention we pay to the road when doing so.

I used that as an April fools joke, i fooled lots of people saying i was in the hospital with a broken arm and leg but my parents found out and they werent in a laughing mood. But that sucks you wrecked your truck i would be all sorts of mad

Haha thanks guy...I bonked my head and back hurts a little but all good....hardly no body damage at all, tie rods and underneath is jacked all up, the body and bed came out of the body mounts...all of them! The floor on the drivers side is like all deformed past the brake it's just weird.. Who knows, if they decide to total it i will buy a single cab and buy this truck back as salvage. 2wd and I can assure you no one else that would be interested knows it has a built motor .. Motor and tranny swap with single cab maybe? It could of been bad, I'm just thankful and trying to keep a positive attitude about it.. Thanks again guys

I know were there is a super nice Reg Cab for sale cheap Glad you made it out without any serious injuries, sucks about the truck though
