Question: Would a PPE Stage V kit be fine for a tow rig?

I plan to pull a small (5000 lb loaded) trailer. Would a PPE Stage V kit in my 2002 2500HD have any negative effect on the truck's towing abilities?

Converter choice is what you want to look more into. The trans kit is just a better than stock version of what you already have.
