Canadian authorities are working on seizing $2 million dollars worth of exotic cars for participating in a street race.

We have some tough laws on street racing and drinking and driving too.

IF I was to drink two beer with lunch and got pulled over (they don't need a reason) it is reasonable that my BAC would be over .05. Truck would be instantly impounded for 4 weeks and $1000 to get it back. Fine would be around another $4000. The criminal record would cause me to lose my job. For 2 beer

I was going to visit Simon and Dale this year just so I could enjoy a nice pub lunch.

WOW! alittle overboard! I waunder what mommy and daddy are saying to the kids. You know at 21 and under those kids most likely didn't by the cars with their own money.
What happens if their is a loan on the vehicl and they forfit it? Do you still have to pay off the loan? What if you quit paying?

Seems like they had some kind of racing ring going on. I know down here in my area there is a problem with imports and I know a few guys that have a street bike ring set up where they close down streets and I've seen them believe it or not shut down a stretch of highway! They're pretty efficient at setting it up racing and tearing it down and taking off!

DUI laws are tough every where worse if you have a CDL in the case of BAL and being legal. I don't know how bars stay open as really the only safe place to drink is home. As usual a few bad individuals ruined it for everyone. I stay close to home

When you see some of the dumb things people do it's tough to bitch about the DUI laws. BUT it has ruined it

They appeared to be on all the newscasts. A lot of asians are sent here by their folks for education. Some get estate homes, luxury cars, you name it. Its one of the factors of our house prices being highest in North America

Do you imagine insurance on those cars being under 21?
No way in hell did they buy them.
