Work Benches for the Shop

Lookin for some work benches for our new shop. Does anyone have any experience with Diamond Industries benches or Swivel-Pro benches?

Hmm... never had any experience with either, but I did request more info from Diamond on thier rolling 6ft bench...

For benches my family is cheap so so we build what is needed for the job 1/4 inch plate on top and we've used square. Tube for legs and i beam
