I got V2 and im trying to pull the file it starts to read then a error comes up as says bad file $0206. Yeah Yeah i gotta contact efi but it will be 2 years before they get back to me. Any info would help thanks

What software and firmware are you running? and what vehicle are you trying to read? Can you read/clear codes?
I'm not sure about your comment that it takes 2 years to respond to support requests, can you give me more information? I had a look through your old posts and it looks to me that you've only had your truck for a short time and previously used other software for your gasser???? I can arrange that if you'd like, although my preference would be 2 days given I don't work weekends but here I am (it's Saturday).
