All the limiters are lifted and I never had a problem with this until today. Usually my max commanded mm3 is what it gives me.

Today I was at the track and my logs said i was maxing at 85mm3 which is around 2400uS.

I ran within 0.02 of my previous best, so the truck still runs like it did.

Is this some kind of error in the scan tool? Not really sure what to look at at this point. All fuel limiting tables are maxed to allow up to 200mm3.

I'll also add: It isn't a hard cap, my mm3 values are dancing around (+/-2) mm3. So it isnt hitting a hard cap and staying there.

But its pulling from the 85mm3 pulse tables.

That sounds like a code and put you into limp?

There is a few things you might want to check in the TCM that can cut fuel also look at D5196 it pulls tq and then inturn will cut mm3

What pw do you normally run?

I was trying to get it to run 3000 for testing purposes. 3000uS at 100mm3.

I have the 5196 table changed in the TCM already.

I'll have to do some more testing and logging

Just a ramdom thought, but has your floor mat maybe slid up under the peddle? Sometimes the simplest things are the fix...

Did it hit 100mm3 ever in the log then drop down? Is your iat and ect sensors reading correctly? Is rail staying sufficient? Odd that it did fine before and it suddenly does this...

It still reads 100% throttle position, so no :D

No it just cruises up to ~85 and dances around. I havent logged it for over a year so I didnt know if the software changed or something.

I'll update all my soft/firmware and retest.

I have noticed mine is doing this too, I am logging Main Fuel Flow rate 2 and sometimes I will see up to 126-128 mm3 but other times it only goes to 98mm3? My truck feels ok but not that impressive.

Silly question I know- but have you double checked the MAF isn't limiting you. When I built my s366 setup, my MAF started limiting me a bunch on the top end- and it was mounted in the same piece of 5" pipe (already scaled) my guess is by moving it closer to the new turbo it's causing air to flow across it differently.. Seen turbulence before in gas cars by having it too close... Maybe your's is dirty? Who knows, might want to try jacking up the table temp. and see what happens....

I will check it but it looks like it is doing what it needs to in my logs???

The TCM will not limit total fueling, but B0742-4 will limit total fueling. Make sure they didn't get changed along with B1103-B1105.
