Wondering what to do next with my truck

My truck is mainly stock. I have 260 000km on it. It has 10 000 on it since head gaskets and studs. Also is strait piped and EGR delete. Tranny has 146000 km on it. Going to get my old core rebuilt and upgraded( took 1st gear out of it). I have an Edge insite that is going to be set as a dsp5 switch. What other upgrades should I do when it gets tuned? I was thinking a lift pump is coming soon.

If its old enough to do the DSP5 with the insight his tranny lines will be fine. 06 and later have the leak problem. Fill out your sig and it will help us with suggestions.

My tranny came from a wrecker as I had not worked for a couple months. It is the older style 5 speed with the weaker housing. My uncle broke his housing and all he had was a chip so I don't want to test my luck with this one seeing as I seem to break everything on this truck.

When I get mine rebuilt who's kit should I use and what all should I do? Who's torque converter should get, I tow heavy trailers a lot.
