LLY: wiring question

I'm in the process of redoing wiring harness. I had a wire pull out from number 44 hole of the c1 connector to the ECM. Its a tan or beige color wire. Just wondering what it goes to. If I don't need it so truck can run I will just do away with the wire.

Pin 44 on c1 is dark green/ white. Fuel pump relay control.

Thanks. I need to recount what hole number that wire is in. The wire I have out is a tannish -beige color. its probably a faded pink

Why not bend the clip back and then push it back in
