Will these general grabber uhp 255/65/16's fit on my pyo's?

Gm trucks were originally fit with 245/75/16's. So width is not an issue. The 65 will be a little shorter than the original 245, but it should fit just fine.

Yea i would say it will fit with zero issues.

255/65/16 = 29.03" tall, 10.03" wide.
245/75/16 = 30.44" tall, 9.64" wide.
