LB7: Will not start when warm.

So my 03 LB7 will not start when It is warm. Let it cool down a couple hours it will start every time. Injectors are newish (25k) and CP3 and FRPS have >3k. New filter housing, WIF sensor and plug. Fuel filter is brand new as of a week ago. (WIX brand).
Balance rates as of 10 mins ago are:
1. +1.8
2. -2.8
3. +0.9
4. -0.8
5. -2.8
6. +2.9
7. -1.4
9. +2.7

The truck runs great and doesn't smoke or sputter. Also there is no fuel in the oil. Please help!

What's your cranking injection pressure when warm?

When warm it is 6-7 MPa. I know it needs to be 10MPa. I'm starting to think the relief in the rail may be bad but then it would have the same issue all the time I think. CP3 was replaced because it could only hold 110 MPa at WOT. should be around 160MPa iirc.

Sounds like injectors to me.

Sounds like high return rates or cracked body. Any fuel in the oil?
