will not start after replacing water pump. When I turn key everything powers but will not crank, nothing. I have verified batteries are good. Went back and verified everything disconnected is reconnected. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm no expert but are there any sensors near the pump that could have been upset? Crank shaft position sensor? Just a shot in the dark.

No expert here either. Only one sensor in the area and disconnected and reconnected. I don't believe it was damaged. Raining all day here, I will verify once weather breaks. And thanks for responding.

Did you unplug the main ha then connectors? Or possible pinch a wire below the pump?

Check both the main harness connections for wires pulled out or pinched, thinking out loud.hope you find it and its going to be something simple.

Didn't leave the cheater tool to lock the flywheel in the little access cover on tranny did you? It'll make a loud clunk but damn sure won't turn over. Ask me how I know :D

I used a pry bar to hold flywheel and no I removed it. I have rechecked everything and all looks good. Attempted again and sounds like starter is engaging but can not turn over. I can hear the starter whining and I turn off before tearing up starter.
