so I have a buddy offering me a ranch hand rear bumper for free (I have to go pick it up). the bumper was on an 04 dually and it is the wrap around one.

question is, will it fit my 06 2500? will I have to remove the receiver or?

I am not worried about cutting it down and welding the sides closed, I am more concerned with what I will have to change as far as the receiver goes.

With enough spit anything is possible lol

Someone will correct me if I am wrong but It should bolt right up, no modification necessary.

I'm with dirty max, it depends on how determined you are.. Past that sorry bud I don't know enough to tell you of it would be an easy fit or not...

Id like to see pics if it does tho..

let me rephrase.

mounting points to the frame I am not really worried about as well as trimming down the sides.

will I still be able to retain the use of the factory receiver hitch or will I have to get one with a drop?
