Sure hope someone can help with this problem I have. Just bought a 2012 Chevy Silverado HD 6.6L Duramax. The fuel comes out around the fuel filter area and gets on the exhaust and smoke like a freight train, and then it won't happen again for a long time. It has happened 3 times now, it's almost like a relief valve that opens and then shuts back. Is there anyone else who has had this problem? By the time the smoke has cleared you cannot see any fuel spots or tell where it has come from.
