I ask becuase I am stuck between buying a new set of tires to repalce my BFG M/T's and wan't something that is still good at getting around the farm and such, will tow jus tfine and will act better than my M/T's do at the track!!!

I am looking at BFG A/T's, and maybe some Toyo A/T's, etc...

The other option is to buy the M/T's again and buy a set of race only G-force BFG's that will be on the street only and at the strip!!!! NO OFF-ROAD!!!

If its feasible, I'd go with two different sets of tires thats the best way to get the best of both worlds - have both worlds available. ;)

Seems like a lot of them multi-task with the BFG ATs though. IMO, the Toyos don't appear to be nearly as capable off-road as the BFG or similar type treaded AT.

I have both M/T's and A/T's. I actually run the A/t's during the winter because they are on my winter wheels. My M/T's are on my polished aluminum wheels for use in the summer. I am gonna run the M/T's at the track just so I can say that I ran 12's with Mud Tires on!!!! -Jeff

If you are looking at M/T's take a look at the the Toyo Open Country. I have a set and they are the best quality tire I have owned. For example one of the tires took zero weight to balance. They are pretty agressive, but are fairly quite, smooth riding and have good wet road manners. They are not cheap. They do have the Load range "E" rating which is a little hard to find in a 285.
