I think that might be the best price. Most major places use factory matched paint or something like that which makes getting stuff painted really pricey. I tried to get a cheap paint job on a Toyota echo I bought and was getting quoted $4000. That sounds really good priced for painting.

WOW! I got robbed then. I went to Bumper Doc in San Diego and they charged $800. I had to take it back in because they didnt open the windows and paint. About a month later the paint started to chip off because they didnt take all the old paint off. To make it worse the new color is silver birch and the old is red. So it REALLY shows!!

If you got it done for 250 bucks that is dirt cheap if he used base coat clear coat with a economy brand paint like Omni from PPG it would be at least $150 in paint alone add sealer, tape, paper. Then a 4 hr prep and paint time @$50 per hour. It would be Hard to stay in business doing the math.

well from 1-10 i would give it a 9.5 on the job he did, he took the time to remove the rear door to make sure everything was painted inside...... like i said i must have gotten lucky, i have the receipt if you guys dont belive me
