Which bolts for torque converter?

I have two sets of bolts. One is a brand new set of 9.8 strength bolts and the other set i have is a used set of 10.9 strength. Opinions or thoughts? The 9.8 are a shiny metallic metal and the 10.9 are the black bolts. Thanks guys.

Btw mike i got those trim springs in and the valve body bolted back up!

Use the black ones with Loktite.
