After recently changing to synthetic (along with a Mike L cooler), I have set my fluid level at the lower edge of the HOT zone with the temperature of the trans indicating just a click under 150. Couldn't get it warmer in our 65 degree weather despite a fair amount of interstate and local driving. Next outing will be pulling the 5er in warmer weather. Whadda you think? I want to be in the middle of the HOT zone under those circumstances. Am I now set to do that?
