Where to get a custom 20x12-14 wheel?

I love the look of stock the stock DRW wheels, but I want larger. Anybody know of a source that can make something that looks like the stock 17s but in a 20" size? I want a 20x12 or 20x14 rear wheel with the dished look of the stock DRW, but a single wheel...so far most of the custom wheels I've seen are either flat center sections, or relatively flat with a large offset.

Any ideas?

Or even a 15- or 16-inch width.... a 20x15 I can get a Mickey Thompson S/R radial tire that would be friggin MEAN....
