I'm trying to keep my PPE manifolds from looking like cheap rusted pieces of crud.

So is there a high temp coatings GURU out there that everyone sends their parts too, or a shop somewhere?

Maybe even a known brand of Rattle can that can hold up to manifold heat???
Would BBQ paint work???

Just curious, I want to try and get this handled ASAP, my OCD's don't allow for rust on my vehicles

Thanks for the help:)

Cali..
Ceramic coating is the way to go.. Pretty much anybody doing powder coating shld do ceramic the only difference is it goes on like paint before getting baked instead of powder.. It's a little pricey tho just for the paint...

When I worked for a komatsu dealer we would pull the manifolds off the coal dozers to jet hot and there coating held up really good.

Ive used stuff called VHT and it works good. it has been on a set of headers in my jeep for 3 yeasrs and still looks good. I got it at auto zone. it would be a cheap route, you can use the engine heat to set it up once sprayed on. we have an oven at work that i put them in though.

I was wondering about that stuff actually, seems like there's a few high temp options out there in a rattle can, and if it works I'm all for it, I just don't want to see it peel off in a month;)

Back when I only ran 1 machine all the time I took the time to keep it looking good. The only paint I found that would hold up on my D9s stack was a roll on Rustoleum high heat stove paint. Lasted over a year when I quit to work elsewhere.

This was something cheap to do, I'm sure there are better options out there.
