Thinking about getting a set of 20x10s with a -12 offset and 5.03 backspace how far will these stick out?

slammed are you running 20x10 monsters still?....i have 20x10 monsters with a -12 offset right now not sure if these others will fit the same?

those are the same rims he has. -12 offset, 5.03 backspace. Dont go wider than a 285/50/20 they will rub.
