Ok it happened again after trans refresh got stuck in gear again says shift sol c stuck took valve body back out cleaned and put back in and took it out again and same thing what do i need to do here its a ats stg 3 w/co pilot

The valve was stuck and then we got it unstuck and then tried again and same thing also has a bad delay going from park to d and from d to r if it is the man. What does that mean?
Ok how do i keep it from sticking? and if it is the manifold what do i need to do then
